**Cancellation Policy** We understand that circumstances may change, and appointments may need to be canceled. Please review our cancellation policy as follows: - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 30%. - In the event of a “no call, no show,” a charge of 50% will apply. **Chaperone policy** Due to safety concerns and time constraints related to bringing children under the age of 13 to appointments, as well as the limitations of my new space, I will no longer permit children under this age to accompany you during your visits. You are still welcome to bring one guest with you to your appointments, provided they are above the age of 13.
