**Cancellation Policy** We understand that circumstances may change, and appointments may need to be canceled. Please review our cancellation policy as follows: - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 30%. - In the event of a “no call, no show,” a charge of 50% will apply. **Chaperone policy** Due to safety concerns and time constraints related to bringing children under the age of 13 to appointments, as well as the limitations of my new space, I will no longer permit children under this age to accompany you during your visits. You are still welcome to bring one guest with you to your appointments, provided they are above the age of 13. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you are feeling unwell for any reason—even if you believe you are not contagious—I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to a later date. This policy is in place out of respect for: -Immunocompromised clients who may be more vulnerable to illness, -My own health, as getting sick can impact my ability to work and care for others, And the overall wellness of our shared environment. -Symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, fever, sore throat, or general illness are all signs to postpone your visit. I understand that rescheduling can be inconvenient, but it is a small and meaningful step toward maintaining a healthy space for everyone.
